Stuart is a shareholder in The Jackson Group. He is a CPA and is a member of the GSCPA and AICPA. He is on the Task Force of the GSCPA's Estate Planning Conference held at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation each year. He is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, the GSCPA Leasdership Academy, and the Philanthropic Advisor Leasdership Institute.

Prior to joining The Jackson Group, Stuart worked in Germany for five years as a civilian employee of the Department of Defense.

Stuart is an officer of the Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association, the Five Points Task Force, and the NPU-M Public Safety Committee.

Stuart works extensively with trusts, estates, private foundations, individuals, and closely-held businesses.

He attended Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He attended graduate school at Georgia State University where he received his MBA in 2006.
